Mysore-style classes
The traditional, and most rewarding way to practise ashtanga yoga. Each student slowly memorises a set series of postures and then moves through the sequence at their own pace. The Mysore-style teacher gives as much or as little help as is required for each individual practitioner.

Led Classes
In these classes, everyone moves through the series together as counted by the teacher. This way of practising builds strength and stamina quickly. If you’re a beginner, it would be better for your first class not to be one of these. Come to a Mysore-style class or an introductory class first.

Beginners
Beginners are very welcome in all of our Mysore-style classes. We tailor the individual instruction that you receive to suit where you’re at.
