Daily Mysore-style yoga classes in Dublin City
The traditional, and most rewarding way to practise ashtanga yoga. Each student slowly memorises a set series of postures and then moves through the sequence at their own pace. The Mysore-style teacher gives as much or as little help as is required for each individual practitioner. Learn more.
In these classes everyone moves through the series together as counted by the teacher. This way of practising builds strength and stamina quickly.
